I'd say I was shocked that the Sun would cover such a story. But then it hit me, it's the Sun.

They run the story & wait for all the chav's to come out from under the rock they live under. Soon they'll have a story from an inner city smack-rat who gives their 1 year old heroin to stop it from crying.

my cousin started smoking at the age of 3 to emulate his grandmothers - he was stealing their cigarettes. well they of course banned him from doing that, though he started later in his 20's. One should be able to make sure s/he does not smoke in front of the children, since they become role models
