Very tragic. 12 dead, and in such a nice part of the country. All I can think , is that he's had some sort of breakdown. Perhaps been under too much stress and went doolally.
Deepest sympathies to the people of Cumbria who have suffered/lost loved ones today.

And mine mate goes without saying ..... but the reason he did it .. who gives a fcuk .. He certainly doesn't .. and now we will get all the PC brigade out saying he could'nt cope .. his dog died .. he had a .. bad childhood... at the end of the day he took a flakey .murdered all those innocent people.. end of story.... No one but him will know ... and he aint saying ouwt .But no doubt the "experts" will be rolled out to get paid to work out why he did it ........

Hi everyone! Newby here and am curious if i was the only one who never knew about these shootings? I drive most of the day and if i'm listening to cd's im on the phone to collegues. Strange how you can be oblivious to some things till you read about them on tech sites like this...

ban all guns,there are 700.000 licensed gun owners in this country why do they need guns? I would have thought the government would have learned after dunblane and hungerford.

More people die from knife crime than guns. Any object can be a lethal weapon in the wrong hands. My sympathies goes out to all the families of the dead and injured. Like another poster has said people kill people.
