THE world's most surgically enhanced woman is to star in the final series of Big Brother.
FAKING IT: Sarah, 50
Big-boobed Brit Sarah Burge has spent a staggering ?500,000 on 27 ops to turn herself into a human Barbie doll.
And Channel 4 chiefs think the 50-year-old plastic surgery nut will be a great talking point for the nation when she moves into the BB house this Wednesday,
A source on the show said: "Sarah is certainly not shy. She is as outspoken as she is enhanced.
"We think cosmetic surgery on this scale is a great issue for us to tackle."
Single mum-of-three Sarah caused controversy three months ago when she allowed her 15-year-old daughter to have Botox on her face. Sarah herself spends ?20,000 a year maintaining her looks, which she started changing when she was 26.
Her procedures have included two facelifts, silicone implants in her cheeks and chin, a breast reduction and uplift to take her from a 32H to 32E, plus liposuction on her neck, stomach, hips and thighs.
She has also had a tummy tuck, buttock implants, fat transfer and several laser and skin abrasion treatments to remove wrinkles.
The twice-divorced former nurse and air hostess said she turned to surgery to "bounce back" from a "traumatic and topsy-turvy life."
She boasted: "I'm a little different.
"I'm proud of the lifestyle decision I have made and prouder still of the results.
"And I would love it if my experiences encouraged other women to follow in my footsteps."
