Northumbria Police hunting for gunman Raoul Moat told the public that Moat 37 does not pose a danger to the public. I believe any person with the gun is a danger to the public. The officers are asking for the public to help them catch him. This man has already told the police I will fight till death. How would you accept this man to put his gun down and surrender to the police? I am waiting to hear from you.
