yes the tazzer will be a very grey area for the police.and it appears two was fired. did that then make his mind up to pull trigger as he knew they was going to jump him? did the volts cause him to hit the trigger before he was ready to do it?.all im sure will come out in IPCC report. and any outcome will leave the tax payer out of pocket for compo for some long lost relative

c) if a person is unconsios, they can chocke on their tongure, so yes therefore you should rush

i think it just a matter of time before another case of a major shooting comes up.seems to be happening very frequent these days.i think they start seeing the headlines and attention they get from the press etc.and enjoy the attention ....from a nobody to a criminal superstar who will be forever remembered for years for there actions

The shit that's really begining to piss me off is the family. Their crawling out of the woodwork quicked than termites when the exterminator arrives.

Their shouting about the police not allowing them near, how he wasn't alone, the 'alleged' taser use may have caused him to pull the trigger unintentionally.

1> How do they know he didn't tell the police something that would indicate family presence may push him over the edge.

2> Where were they when he was in prison?.. When he needed the support.

3> I've yet to hear any confirmation from the police that a taser was used. The coroner report didn't find any marks to support taser use. Yes they were pointed at him, so has someone jumped to a conclusion?

4> Even if a taser was used. The police didn't make him point the gun at his own head. If he didn't want to kill himself he would of lowered it, the police still wouldn't of moved.

He made all of these decisions himself, ok he might not of been in full control. But he was given plenty of opportunities to give up.
