We all know about propaganda in war time and we know that the US & UK governments were feeding there own media a certain line in the Iraq war (and continue to now re Afghanistan).
Journalist following the party line, lying and the media not giving a true picture - the public on mass taking it in.. Now the journo's seem very embarassed about what they have done..
Did you see the figures of the civillians deaths in Iraq and the pictures of bombed houses, dead and injured kids, British soldiers abusing and torturing civilians etc. Funny how we don't see that on the news networks here! And people talk about the Chinese having a closed shop on their media.

Was shocking to hear the pilots talk about shooting right through the windscreen of the van, and then to find out there were two kid's in there..... Fcuk. Again it's all money, everyone selling arms to everyone else for War, big business.sigpicComment

God so interesting and upsetting at the same time. What about that apache opening fire on civilians and journalist on the street, including the kids. Then when they tried to carry the injuried into a van, the apache opened fire on the van. And the cold way in which the pilot was speaking and proclaiming "They shouldn't have brought kids to the war". F**king shocking and disgraceful! Jesus it just shows you what is going on eh?
Good on the American soldier who carried away one of the young kids hurt. For then to be bollocked by his commanding officer.. Good on that soldier for speaking out on what's happening. The expression 'hero' is warranted for him.
It's a shame the programme wasn't shown at prime time, instead of 10.30pm on a Tues night. It would have educated some of the warmongers and those who glorify in war.Comment

Isn't the UK the 2nd biggest exporter of arms in the world? and who's the biggest?? You guessed it! War is good for business, especially when there may be an oil field or two nearby to control. F**king disgraceful! I can't tell you how upset and mad I feel after watching the programme.

Thousands of people have died between Iraq and Afghanistan wars but I would ask one question to politicians what have we achieved out of this wars. We are still in a same position we were last 10 years ago.
The downfall of wars that we are still in war and our financial circumstances are worsening every day, there is no end game and we the west and the Americans can not just walk away from it, I wish it was as easy as that and it looks we are in until we get completely penniless.

Have just seen this, i am very angry, upset and saddened after watching this. We are as complicit as the journalists for letting the governments and the money making western military industrial complex get away with this slaughter/murder of innocent civilians. No wonder many Muslims hate the west.
