A SCROUNGING mum expecting her 17th child has been accused of fiddling the benefits system by her ex-husband.

Yesterday The Sun revealed jobless Kathy Black raked in at least ?600 a week in handouts.

Gary Black, 49, who looks after all five kids he had with her, said he suspects she was claiming handouts for at least one of their kids, Danny, after he took him in.

The rail worker said: "We've been told she's pregnant again. She's never going to stop. How can someone abuse the system so much?"

Last night the Department for Work and Pensions warned anyone falsely claiming benefit would face a fraud investigation and prosecution.

Gary - who had Teresa, 22, Jade, 19, Danny, 18, Orry, 17, and Patrick, 15, with Kathy - met the single mum in 1988.

Kathy's brood of kids have five different dads.

Gary, of Canvey Island, Essex, added: "Most of her kids don't want to see her any more. It's cost thousands. She's abused the system and has got away with it."

Yesterday Kathy, 45, of East Hanningfield, Essex, refused to comment.

the thing is if shes prepared to open her legs for all comers then she should be more than prepared to PAY FOR the consequences,why the hell should everyone else have to fork out for her brood?Its about tim these kind of people learned their lessons,and lesson one should be to look after their own,they are nothing but parasites and leeches on society...rant over...no its not,how could she be so ugly with only one head?
