What is the double cream?

its cream. you use twice as much

This was actually quite nice. However, I'd swap the double cream for natural yoghurt (was a bit sweet) and add more chilli But its a good quick curry.

when frying anything for a curry its always nice to use ghee instead of oil,,gives it a nice flavour,its what is used in india,,and here of course,,and a smentioned above replace the cream for yoghurt

Its very good i put more chillies and double cream...but i would like to made it more saucey..What would be best to do that?
