Scottish Clooty Dumpling

Mix all ingredients together with water to make a stiff dough DO NOT mix mixture too wet
Have large pot with water boiling before adding dumpling
Place mixture inside pillow case and tie
Place pillow case into pot and boil for 3.5-4 hours

you don't use a pillow case , you use a linen cloth....
