Instructions are normally on the jar,just score the chicken,legs ,thighs,or drumsticks,and rub in paste,use very little until find what suits your taste,and cook chicken in the oven in the normal way.It is especially nice barbecued,cook in oven and flash on barby.I now live in Spain and i can't get the paste so if anyone knows how to make the paste please post recipe

You can get the mix from different herbs available from most supermarkets maybe just need the Spanish translation. I used jerk chicken spices today 4 deep cut in a chicken breast with a small amount of horseradish salt blackpepper pushed into the cuts little lemon or lime juice. Leave for 3 or 4 hours or even overnight. 45 minutes in the oven at 150.
