Fish and chips salad

Had some leftovers and made this tasty snack

Flaked the fish over the chips added thinly cut onion rings sprinkled with a vinaigrette, foldered over, popped into microwave for a minute and wholla almost bit the finger

Good recipes for breakfast with onion are healthy for everyone
