    Sweet Potatoes&leeks with Cream

    Peel sweet potatoes
    Chop up leeks and add to large pot of cold water,
    bring to the boil they add your stock cubes 2 at a time every
    5mins or so, leave to cook,normally around
    10/15mins
    You can serve up like that but perfer to blend it up,
    while in bowl add cream,
    You can add all the cream to soup but it doesnt last as long as cream goes off.
