    Ste's Spag Boll

    Fry the mince and bacon lardons in a pan with a dash of worster sauce until brown.
    Remove the mince and bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon so the juices stay in the pan.
    Then to the pan add the onions and garlic and peppers, and fry till soft.
    Add the bay leaves and tomato puree and str in for 4 mins.

    Add the mince and bacon and again season.
    Add the chopped tomatos and a pinch of oregano and stri in well.
    Add the red wine and bring to the boil for a couple of minutes then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 45 mins stirring occasionally.
    Add a handful of fresh parsley and at ouch more oregano and seaon to tatse.

    Serve over spaghetti or pasta tubes.
    Life is a party and parties arent meant to last.
