I am not from the uk, and i love curry, anyone Got a good curry recipy, pref. With you own curry powder mix even

One tip I have. Make a base sauce like this:

Even following recipes I could never get my curries to taste the same as a good Indian restaurant. This base made all the difference.

Brill! Glad you liked him. The first time I tried his recipe's I cooked a jalfrezi, was great. Always tasted like something was missing before.
