    Roast Potatoes

    Boil a pan of salted water , bring to the boil
    Boil potatoes for 10 mins, then drain the water off.
    Leave them in the hot pan to dry out , about 1 minute
    give them a good shake
    sprinkle plain flour over them ( or use couscous ) if you like them more crunchy.
    Put them in the roasting dish from in the oven, and splash the hot oil all over them.
    put back in the oven for 20 mins, then turn them over , then another 20 mins, then again for another 20 mins.

    i havent tried them with cous cous thats a new one on me

      will the cous cous make the rost potatoes more crunchy than the flour?

          what flavour cous cous ,imagine it as granular pasta,,also drag a fork all around them this makes the outside nice and crunchy
