    Chilli."It's delicious"

Heat the oil in a large, heavy-based saucepan.
Fry the onion and garlic until softened.
Increase the heat and add the mince, cooking quickly until browned and breaking down any chunks of meat with a wooden spoon.
Pour in the red wine and boil for 2-3 minutes.
    Stir in the tinned tomatoes,tomato puree,fresh chilli,cumin,ground coriander,cinnamon & Worcestershire sauce.
Crumble in the stock cube & season well with salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer, cover with a lid and cook over a gentle heat for about 50 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally until the mixture is rich and thickened.
Add the kidney beans & cook for a further 10 minutes, uncovered, before removing from the heat, adding any extra seasoning if necessary.

I can confirm that this is excellent!

I didn't add the red wine 'cause I don't like it but was excellent without it.

I also added a few more chillis (5 to be exact) cause I like it HOT HOT HOT!!!

    Massive thumbs up m8!

      Thanks Dreamer for this.

Glad you and Devilfish enjoyed your chilli.

I have another Chilli you can try , its more tomato based, and without the red wine and worcester sauce.

Will add it later today , as i just got in from nights

This sounds the dogs will give it a bash at the weekend.

Update: Now made. Letting it settle until tomorrow - soups, chillis, curries always taste better the next day.

Cheers to Aftermath and Dreamer for posting this.

Very nice indeed lads - think I will add a few more chillis next time.

I tried this tonight with a few mates round for a beer and have to agree a very good chilly, followed to the note apart from adding a little more chilli also did include the wine and it went down well. Thanks for the recipy, will be making it again

Made this last night and its fab.

                          I added extra chillies though.

My ar*e is suffering a bit today though.

All in all its a fantastic meal.
