    Break up the digestive biscuits. Put all other ingredients except chocolate into a pan to dissolve slowly. Add biscuits and stir, making sure they are well covered with melted ingredients, then put into a greased tray to set. Melt the chocolate and pour over. Place in the fridge to set. This is better after being left a day or two - if you can wait! LOL It's best to melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or it can be done in the microwave but check it regularly.
