    Hungarian Goulash Soup

    Fry the garlic and Onions until soft and Golden.
    Add the beef/Pork and fry a further 5 mins.
    Add the Paprika, Flour, and Chilli powder.
    Stir fry for a further 4 mins.
    Add the Tomato Puree, Chicken stock and a little Salt and Pepper.
    Simmer for 30 mins.
    Add the Potatoes and Carrots.
    Simmer for a further 60 mins.
    Serve with the Chopped Parsley and Soured Cream.
