1. obtain meat
(chicken, cow, pig, sheep, whatever)
2. vinegar (30% preferred)
3. water
4. onion
5. salt, pepper
- the holy tutorial begins
1. cut up meat into nice pieces (not too big, not too small, the golden midway, like 1.5-2cm or roughly 0.5-1inch thick)
2. find a bowl or some container and insert cut up meat there
the holy grail of marinade
1. roughly about 2 table spoons of vinegar and some water, like 200ml
you really want to mix vinegar with water because acidic explosion in mouth is never a good idea..
2. cut up some onions in a circle
(you can cut up and add some garlic if you feel like extra adventure is your thing)
3. add salt & pepper
4. cover up marinaded meat with a plastic wrapper or a lid and let it sit for at least 24h
it's the best thing actually, you'll never look back once you've tried this
