Apple & Orange Pie

Line a medium sized flan dish with pastry & trim edges.
Place the sliced apples/sultanas into the lined dish.
Spoon over the orange juice.
Cover with remaining pastry & seal edges.
Brush with water & sprikle demerara sugar.
Bake at 200C for 35-40 mins
