indian curry with chips fat free healthy

blitz the 2 tins of tomatoes in a blender also the onion and chili's finely chop or crush the garlic you can use the blender if it chops it small enough
and then add the garamasala corriander and turmeric and a teaspoon of salt to your taste i then add the meat that i've partially cooked
you can add the meat of your choice but chicken is my favourite bring to the boil then simmer for 45 minutes to an hour if its to runny take the lid off
it will thicken on its own
now for the chips cut up the chips as you normally would place a baking tray in an oven with frylight on it this is a low fat spray oil to stop the chips from sticking to tray set the oven to around 200c for 15 minutes after that time lower it to 150 then place the chips on the tray they do take a while to cook probably around an hour keep checking and spraying accasionaly with fry light remember if they start to burn its to high trust me i always have chips like this now but it may take you a few attempts to get it right as every oven is different
when all cooked serve with the curry and maybe a few cans
Working...
