    heat oil in pan, put onions and spices cook till onions are soft 5mins (do not fry use low to med heat) add small amounts of water if needed.add meat cook for 5 mins add tomatoes then simmer for 30-45 mins.
    serve with basmalti rice , nan bread.
    enjoy this is top quality food.
    this reciepe works well for chicken instead of mince.
    the chilli peppers are optional add them for your own taste if you like an extra kick.
