Jack Daniels truffles

Break up chocolate put in food processor blitz till its bit like rice,
put cream in pot wi butter heat till butter is melted and just simmering. Take off heat then add the jack don?t want to boil off any alcohol do we, then pour the milk slowly into processor with motor running. It will look like hot chocolate now hmm suppose it is really. Pour it into a bowl let it go cold cover with cling film then put into fridge over night, take teaspoons of mixture put some cocoa on yer hands and roll into balls put them in dish of cocoa power and cover them with it don?t mess around with them too much or they will start to melt when they are all made put the dish with truffles back in fridge for a bit till they set again that?s it job done enjoy
