Well Done India :) Hard Luck England :(

Well done India for deservedly reaching the World Cup final - sublime display against the old enemy played in the true way any match should be played - with good grace and great attitutde by both players and fans alike.

Still gutted England didn't get there though - we'd have trounced everyone (apart from maybe Sri Lanka

It was generally a good match though I am not sure about the overuse of 3rd empire. Sehwag was definitely out yet decided to waste a referral. Tendulkar also looked out yet the decision was overturned.

It was India's day with Sachu dropped 4 times and a Pakistani batsman who thought he was in a testmatch,

It should be a good final!

            Hope the best team wins!

What happened to "boom boom" Afridi ?? They should rename him "flop flop" and buy him some viagra.....

Pakistan just havent got the bottle or quality to perform in pressue situations...quite simply bottled it on the big stage...

Dropping 4 catches is worse than schoolboy cricket, Umar Gul...got smashed all over the place by Sehwag from the start.

Mattybhoy - everyone has blips (ok they were slightly big blips)

                rajapakistani -

                We're still 20/20 champions

I can't help but think this match was gifted to India in order to make relations. Politics played a big hand in it no doubt, the way Pakistan played left so many unanswered questions that arouse suspicion.

Don't think so - agreed, the way Pakistan played (or rather the catches they dropped) you could believe it was a fix - but Afridi's face throughout match, his emotion and the genuine pain at losing wickets and dropping catches showed otherwise.

It seems that way but if you look at the bigger picture you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

So Pakistan never managing to win a World Cup match against India and generally being outplayed and out performed on the day..by a superior team..has nothing to do with it...

...it's all one big conspiracy theory...and the Pakistan players that got caught for spotfixing, was that all politics as well..they didnt do it did they...

To be fair Pakistan actually overachieved in the tournament nobody ever even though they would get past the group stages...so they did better than expected.
