I'm not British but I think Scottish football is really silly there should just be a British premier league that would make the games really cool, I mean a Londoner team v a Glasgow team, that would be a good one ;-)

I think its a Joke Yes.

Not one of the Rangers accused gets a ban ?

Now is Lennon appeald that. Then they would all have got a ban.

Man handle a ref and you get a daft fine ? Magic decison for common sense.

Well can you blame the guy for his comments. A player man handles the ref twice in the one game and gets away with it another player refuses to leave the park refuses to listen to the police and gets away with it. Not only that but even the refs are dismayed about it Ex ref Kenny Clark thinks theyll go on strike again.

Scottish football in general is a joke and decisions like this from it's governing body does not help.

The standard of football is a joke.
The standard of refereeing is a joke.
The standard of stadia is a joke.
The standard of pitches is a joke.
The crowds out with the two Glasgow clubs are a joke.
The league format is a joke.
The prices what most clubs charge to watch games is a joke.
The standard of governance from the SFA is an absolute joke.

I'm sure there's more, but you get the general idea...

At least Scottish keepers aren't a joke anymore..

It seems to be only a joke when the decision doesnt go in your favour. How did the English FA not even charge Rooney with a deliberate elbow the other week.

One has only to think back to the Georg Cadette affair when the SFA deliberately held back his registration so that he didnt play against rangers. The Celtic supporters have been right to complain about the SFA being bias lets look at the facts-Neil Lennon was lied to by a referee, what action did the SFA take-none.McCoist starts an arguement with the Celtic bench what was his punishment none.3 rangers players sent off what was their punishment-a measly fine.Lennon argues with a 4th offical what was his punishment-a 4 match bannishment to the stands---I rest my case.

The problem with scottish football is that when you are born in Scotland you grow up with a favorite ' old firm' side and this makes you -anti- to the other team.
Then it is difficult to shake that off when you are eventually employed in the SFA either as a linesman, referee, or an administrator. SFA is corrupt because it is largely run by people that favour Rangers. Referres Dallas and Dougal were prime examples of this.

Your mssing the point as Kenny Clark has backed this up. Also are the SFA ~~~~ing stupid or what there's still another Old Firm game to go they just gave the Celtic players the right to man handle the ref and throw there tops to the crowd if they win and there's ~~~~ all they will be-able to do about it other wise they will get taken all the way to Europe I see another Bosman on the horizon LOL they only have there selves to blame when Brooney goes nuts.

Don't worry, eventualy we will become like English Football where we are owned by Foreigners with money and have mainly Foreign players. Money will control the SFA because if they don't tow the line all power will be taken from them and eventualy there will only by one ruling body for Football.

Straybullett hit it on the head. We still have the Clan mentality up here where you remain Loyal to your Religion even though 90% couldn't describe the inside of a Church. It's not just in Football this bias lies as you know. Certain jobs up here you are more likely to get if you come from one side of the devide than the other. It's only once people realise it's becoming a business more than a sport that common sense will prevail in decisions.

Aye, as Brown receives his first yellow he gets a hold of the refs arm and shoves it back down. After Kayal badly times a challenge the Rangers physio runs on, Brown shoulder barges the physio and runs to the Rangers bench to have a go at McCoist & Smith. Then at the final whistle Brown gets a second yellow leading to red. After he gets hold of the refs arm for a second time and shoves it down, he is asked to leave the pitch by the ref. He ignores the ref and walks over to the Celtic fans, taking his shirt off to throw it into the crowd - only removed from the pitch by Police and Alan Thompson.

Now answer me this. What should be done about that sort of behaviour? and What can be done now about that sort of behaviour? The precedent has been set... and all this after the massive fallout from the game at Parkhead and the summit.

Another thing that hasn't been mentioned about the SFA... After hundreds of arrests after the Parkhead game. After the summit and the concerns about sectarian/religious bigotry between the two rival fans, what does the SFA do? They arrange the last Glasgow derby of the season, the virtual title decider to be played on probably the most religious day in the calendar, the day before a bank holiday - so fans can get as pished as they like because there's no work the morra!

Seriously guys, is this the thinking of a sane organisation?
