    league titles...

    a few hours ago, i quoted that the league title had been to ANFIELD more times than to any other club. i never mentioned LFC nor any other club. fact.
    i was called a buffoon etc, which is only to be expected from people who do not know what they are talking about... so here goes...
    prior to moving to goodison park, everton played at ANFIELD, where they won the league title... ONE.....
    in 1892 LFC were formed. from 1892 to 1990 they won the league title 18 times at ANFIELD... 1 plus 18 = 19.....
    "your" team moved to your present ground in 1910,when, incidently, you played LFC and lost 4-3.
    at your previous ground ,bank street, you won the league title...
    at your present ground you have won the league 18 times...
    SO ,ergo, q.e.d, the league title HAS BEEN TO ANFIELD more times than any other ground... pedantic but TRUE.....FAACCTT..

          u got me there boomer must admit i didnt see that coming pretty good bit of trivia. a bit on par with the old joke of who plays every year at fa cup final but never wins a medal.by the way did u manage to come up with a reply to the two questions i asked earlier in your section?

                              You do sound awfully bitter boomer and i am surprised as you are generally quite objective. The situation can be overlooked in light that you are maybe just standing in for Pilla while he's on holiday

                                  not being bitter, that is for the bluenoses. all i have done is simply stated , quite correctly , that the league title has been to ANFIELD more times than to the ground you now play on.
                                  is that a fact or not?
                                  btw, very begrudged congrats... but come on blackpool and barca of course.....

                                      I knew that Boomer but I was waiting to see if the mancs got it. Funny how one chose to mention Evertons cup win in 1906 but not our league title win some still have trouble grasping the difference between the title going to Anfield and coming to Liverpool
