@ bd, this journo writes bout football for a living, he ~~~~in knows how important Giggs is to the team, he was tryin to lead Fergie into a load of Q's bout Giggs, Fergie protected his player, simple as.

Im not a Man Utd fan, far from it, but i respect Ferguson and all he has achieved. Whilst I don't particularly like Fergy, I HATE tabloid hacks. Always pushing boundaries, no respect for the law or for people, and will sell their souls for a good story whether it's the truth or not. Fergy did the right thing, be firm, set the rules and if they don't like them, the can **** right on off.

This journo guy was probably just having a laugh (not being offensive regarding Giggs) but Ferguson felt he had overstepped the mark and hit him with a ban. Perhaps others feel Fergie was being a bully but either way it was his press conference and he can do what he wants.

We all know Ferguson is a great coach but United fans should also realize and admit he's a whiny ~~~~! I'm surprised he not waving his rattle at the ref's when he whines. With that said Ferguson should not have the power to ban anyone. Fifa should of took action against the ref. My question to Ferguson would be are you going to play Giggs cause if he does Barca will run circles around him and United would be playing with 10 men if he plays.
