    ROI V ESTOINA

The Republic of Ireland will take on Estonia in the Euro 2012 play-offs after Thursday's draw in Krakow.
Estonia, who beat Northern Ireland twice in their qualifying group, are at home for the first leg against Giovanni Trapattoni's team on 11/12 November.
The return leg will take place at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on 15 November.
The other play-offs see Turkey up against Croatia, the Czech Republic take on Montenegro and Portugal face Bosnia-Hercegovina.
The Republic beat Armenia 2-1 on Tuesday to secure their play-off spot.
Estonia have never reached the finals of a major tournament, and this is Tarmo Ruutli`s side`s first play-off appearance.
They finished 10 points behind group winners Italy in qualifying, with six of their points coming courtesy of wins over Northern Ireland.
The Republic emerged from a tough group containing winners Russia and the likes of Armenia and Slovakia to secure second spot by four points.
They have only reached the European Championship finals once before, in West Germany in 1988, but will be relatively pleased to have drawn Estonia.
Ireland have played in five-play offs before, winning just once, while their last appearance ended in acrimony when they were knocked out by France following a controversial handball by Thierry Henry ahead of the 2010 World Cup.
Already through to the finals, alongside co-hosts Poland and Ukraine, are Spain, Germany, Russia, Italy, France, Holland, Greece, England, Denmark and Sweden.
The finals draw is on 2 December in Kiev and the tournament runs from 8 June until 1 July next year at eight venues

That's the one we wanted a draw away and a home win

I expect ROI to qualify... this draw makes up for their misfortune a few years ago against the French

Come on ROI would be good to see you in a major tournament again. Would be even greater if you qualify and out perform England in the competition and i wouldn't be suprised if you do because theres no pressure on your boys. Because you havn't been there in a long while you'll just go there and enjoy your time with your typical irish charms and swagger the irish fans have. Also you won't go there thinking your better then every team like the England team do thinking everyone team is no match for them n then they get sent home with a bang.

But first the bigger job of winning the play-offs, good luck

I was one of those Daithi . I just don't think they are good enough. I'd expect them to beat Estonia, and I think if they do, pure heart will get them a few results in the tourney. And by no means would I like to see them fall on arses.

Shady has a good idea there too Daithi

I agree red. Think its the worst Irish side for a long while. Lack of quality or pace. But so hope we get there! It would be ironic if we do with this team..

By the way, I think trap has done wonders with this set of players. He knows the limitations and has played a style to get results.

                              Hi

I know funny things can happen in football but with a 4-0 win Id start partying now and make use of the weekend. I cant see them messing it up from here.
