LILLE have slapped an astonishing ?43million price tag on Arsenal and Chelsea target Eden Hazard.
The Belgian midfielder, 20, is one of Europe's hottest properties, with Real Madrid and Inter also keen.
But Lille president Michel Seydoux insists any buyer must meet the hefty asking price if they are to prise Hazard away from his side, who won the French Ligue One title last season.
Seydoux said: "The price is 50million euros ? and we'd like to make that clear in advance.
"We are at a stage when the club is having discussions about what to do. It depends on the offers we get.
"Nobody is unsellable. We would be able to look for replacements with the money we would receive."
