As an American you have every right to rag on and i agree that the sport writer knows anything about football (soccer) like all sport writers here in America. But i take offense at the Friendly Fire and collateral damage comments. What are you saying America is immoral? to say that show me you no nothing about the history of the British Empire. Now I'm not getting into a fight over history but please keep your commits to sports and take back what you said

He can't take them back Wolfpack, he is showing you what he has already written and sent to the reporter in question, he is not writing them here to get a rise. Peoples views do not always fit in with anothers and the contentious subjects that attach themselves either loosely or directly to football chats or banter (whatever is be the preferred word on the day) will always cause disagreement in some corners.

However I urge that members who use this thread use more restraint and tact when deciding to voice their opinions on certain hot topics. Should you choose to report on another 'connected' subject or what you got up to somewhere else relating to it, just remember that your actions which you knew were more than likely going to cause offence will have just the same effect on your fellow members here.

I think 4th place is not going to happen... I was gutted when they got that 3rd goal, I felt sick but today i dnt feel so bad because i know we wont always win, We play on par to Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea one day then dire the next, What is going on, I dont understand.. But im sure we can beat Fulham.. ffs. Be interesting to see if any callers on lfctv are allowed to ask Henry directly whether he plans on sacking Roy, Highly doubt it... Be sad if they dont allow it..

I've been on LFC TV a few times, there's a 10 second delay between what you say and it being on TV..

I know he's a scumbag but you can't deny he has talant and would fit in the team well. He also would be a cheap buy. Everyone looks at his off field antics that he has put behind him and don't see how well he plays football. It don't have to be him but Liverpool need someone who plays that role Barton plays for Newcastle
