I think the persuit of Carol will surely see Torres go tonight, Carol has potential and will appreciate the shirt and the club unlike someone, The price is a bit high for my liking, 35m... Not bad business, the price for Carroll is on the high side, but money is used from the Torres deal to fund these new players and I'm sure LFC will save some money on the wages as well.

Considering Torres wanted to go it's not bad. As KD has been given the money to spend under the new owners. Under the previous owners I dred to think if any money from the Torres deal would have been made available for players.

I think that goes for a few on this thread mate (never been to Anfield), I've noticed that before.

I feel for the Liverpool fans a wee bit tonight, you're all going to be hurting. A man who most of you see (or did see) as the best striker in the world has chosen to leave after giving you lot assurences that he loves it at Liverpool. But you have done the best thing in cashing in now. To outsiders it's be plain to see that his heart has not been in it at Liverpool for the past year or so.

Suarez is a good signing, an excellent player for the right money. Andy Carrol 35 million plus! what is all that about?? That is a hell of a gamble. He's no Alan Shearer and David Villa was cheaper for ~~~~ sake!!!
