WHAT THE **** ARE THE CLUB DOING GIVING LUCAS A NEW CONTRACT???

there giving him a new contract because he's a good player ~~~~ing typical lucas the whipping boy! i sometimes wonder if you people actually watch the game he's probably been our most consistent player this season he's now a regular in brazil's team, yes brazil!! not bad are they ?people are still judging him on when he first came, judge him now, see the amount of work he gets through in a game and give him credit for it he's always stated he wants to play for us as long as he can unlike someone else i could mention your all banging on about how much you want kenny to manage us permanantly well look at the statements he's made on how delighted he is lucas has signed a new contract do you doubt him as well ,commolli said it was one of his priorities to resign him are they both wrong?

To be fair Lucas was well short of being a Liverpool player, but to his credit he stayed strong and never gave up and has turned into a consistently good performer, now so that he has had the defensive reigns removed from his play by the management / coaching staff..

think you're a bit harsh there,mate. a few months ago, we were 2nd bottom.... kenny has done a great job with a weakish squad. he seems to have a settled team in mind, and even lucas has improved( i have been one of his biggest critics) think europe is out for this season but we have to think about next season. when carroll and suarez get more time, when kelly and stevie are back to full fitness and we can play a settled side, we WILL be a force again... still need a couple of additions tho'..

i think its fair to say that most liverpool fans would not look at the european cup in the same the same way if we had won it 3 or 4 times in its original form i think the main reason the protests are of it being harder is not of it being so it is just to heighten the achivement of winning it 4 times and also knowing that at the same time we cannot get a time machine and alter it so you have a cover story just in case we get more than five
