Benitez has run out of excuses he isnt the right man for the job even if he had money to spend.There is no heart in the team,he needs more local players who believe in the club and not the amounts of money they can get for half hearted performances.

Well you got a point there BD. The guy has at least won a couple of trophies. I think its unfair to slang him from pillar to post just because your having a bad season. As a Man Utd fan I am enjoying your season more than ours
On a note tho, who do you expect would come the the rescue, because to be honest i cant see anyone doing well at Anfield AT ALL.

While the Americans are there, i think they have started to ruin your club.
The glaziers at Man Utd are doing the same to us and runnin the clubs based on DEBT and at some point that has to be repaid.
So basically your screwed for big finances for players, look at the likes of Real Madrid who CANT afford to pay for these players (ronaldo 80m for 1) thing is there, the prince of spain will get involved and wipe thier debt off. Who gonna wipe your or ours debt off to help finance for new players.
Thing the game needs again is bringing home grown players in and through the ranks of the clubs.sigpic

Thats typical of the greedy ~~~~ers. They know they can sit on the club and if they want they will have no trouble selling it for a massive profit. Probably to the Arabs. That's the same for United as well.

I just cant see how either club, both HUGE European Clubs can survive under strain that is thier debts. I know that liverpools has started to get them, United's is starting to show. United's is so much bigger, and this is no disrespect to pool, we have become much bigger than our merseyside neighbours and were operating at a loss.
United posted 40m profit, 80m was from the sale of a player so that to me makes -40m. Not to sure on pools financial woes but if they cant afford to oust rafa then what hope is there to play against other big names in the transfer market?sigpic
