i have to say this is the worst liverpool team i'v ever seen and i'v been going the game 45 years theres no passion little skill and no direction i never wanted roy in the first place as i feared for us under his management i hope i'm wrong but i just believe he's a second rate manager who's always managed second rate teams and that includes inter, winning the league in switzerland doesen't qualify you as a good manager i could have won that league with my old zingari league team he failed at blackburn he failed at inter i just hope we can sort the on field chaos out a.s.a.p.

for me he has to go now.. he thinks we played well..

The Liverpool manager, Roy Hodgson, was pleased with his players despite another disappointing result at Goodison Park, where they lost this afternoon's Merseyside derby 2-0 to Everton.

He said: "We fell behind to a deflected block which fell kindly for Cahill so I thought at half-time we were a bit unlucky to be a goal down because we had got back into the game well. In the second half we did everything the team could possibly do, we played well, created chances, we limited them to very few and put them on the back foot."

must have been watching a different game..

The one i saw we played fcuking awful, couldn't manage a half decent chance and had nothing to offer..

Who would I replace him with..??

I'm not sure but what I am sure of he is not up to the job..

A side with Pepe, Gerrard & Torres in shouldn't be second from bottom mid October

                    100% agree with this...

I hear all the logical statements about giving him time, you don't sack a manager 6-7 games into a season, he inherited a bad squad, not the Liverpool way etc.. etc..

However, there are times in business when you have to accept that you have made a big mistake in recruiting someone and maybe its best to part company sooner rather than later and before any further mistakes are made.

Usually this happens when you spot that their methods don't fit, they don't have the respect of the staff, technically they haven't got what it takes

The Liverpool board now have this predicament with Roy. He's a decent, respected guy, 35 years in the game, but lets be blunt he's not won a decent trophy in a decent league in that time. That's not the track record we want at Liverpool.

The Board now have to act ruthlessly and move him on, for his sake and most importantly for the sake of the team and the club

Bring in a management team for the remainder of the season, Daglish - to build morale and motivate the players, along with a technically excellent coach to make up for Kenny's years out of the game.

Then recruit a top class manager in the close season.

We can't go on putting up with performances like that and there are no signs that it will get any better. Its clear that Roy and his methods are not working and he's not a Liverpool manager

couch..?? what are you on about..??

Have you seen the league table.. it doesn't lie...

We played awful, absolutely diabolical.. his response.. We played well and were unlucky.. it's the best we have played all season..

I'm afraid he is out of his depth, he a great guy.. a nice guy..

i don't want Rafa back, but to ask where he is is a bit daft, he's with the current European and Italian champions..

Name names..?? there is no-one available NOW.. that's why Daglish would be an interim until the close season..

We can search for a replacement between now and then..

Look.. RH is a nice guy, he's got 35 years in the game.. His tactics aren't working at Liverpool and he has guided us to 19th place..

He obviously can't fire the players up, they look lost..

How long boomer is too long..

When does the time to give RH a chance turn into no time left to turn our season around..

Renia, Gerrard & Torres will be gone by summer if this continues..

If you think we are in the shite now, wait until those 3 leave
