It's pretty simple, do the job you were brought in to do.. Win the league, and you keep your job.. Taggart, by the skin of his teeth and Wenger.. Then you get given the time after.... Don't win the league inside 5 years of your job and you get sacked...
That's what happened with Benitez.. He had 5 years... By the time he left we were further away from winning the title than we had been under Houiller or Evans...
