So it looks like he was convicted on the say so of a proven liar. No evidence appears to have been offered. The FA are a ~~~~in joke and always have been.

he could try his luck by appealing,but when you ply your trade in a country where there is a big campaign to cut racism out of sport not a very clever thing to even mention anything that could even be construed as racial abuse let alone admit to it. would or should not liverpool fc have made him aware of this when he signed for them, i should think so.as for using ignorance as a defence technically its no defence in law.

Evra's statement said he does not think Luis is Racist!!

Luis himself told the panel what he said which he should be praised for because lets face it if he had denied everything and had said he never said a word to Evra he wouldn't have been banned because there was no sufficient evidence. The panel went by what Luis had provided he said.

A former Reading player got a 8 match ban but 5 were suspended for racially abusing a player which he admitted, 1 rule for 1 player and another for the rest.

On what basis and evidence do you base this.

A previous proven case of racial abuse.

Let's see what the report actually says. Reading the official statement from the club they are saying it was Evra's word against Suarez and there was no other evidence. If that is true then It's been nothing but a witch hunt.

so it is my opinion that regardless to if your on a football pitch or not,
you shouldn't be racist,

from all reports i have heard suarez never denied shall i say mentioning evra's ethnic roots, in fact if he admitted doing so,he has virtually pleaded guilty to the charge voluntarily. if so he had not a cat in hells chance to get off the charge. if your charged with a crime and you know you aint done it and you know if you deny it you wont be charged you keep your trap shut. the idiot admitted racially abusing evra hence opening the door for the fa to actually charge him hence liverpool trying to use his ignorance of english law as his defence, saying his remarks were a term of endearment if used in south america,where he comes from does not wash.
