i saw the match and the incident and the you tube,i dont think he knew the other player was on the ground behind him as he was looking straight ahead and spinning in mid air,i think it was just an accident when his second foot came down and the player was underneath him and i think thats how the ref saw it.

and thats why the FA has charged him, it was not a natural movement to stamp your foot the wrong way behind you if you think that was an accident you have not watched the lad play this season!! just look at the game he played against liverpool and i think it was hendeson but i am not positive who balotelli was starting with!! this kid meant to ~~~~ing do it!!

Nonesense, of course he knew he was on the floor, he had already hit him once with his knee and then stamped out at him with the other leg, the guy is a nasty piece of work.

                              THE TRUTH
                              The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
