    England duo Phil Taylor and Adrian Lewis teamed up to claim World Cup glory with victory over Australia in Sunday night's final in Hamburg.

    What a match it was tonight versus Australia the current holders ... i was speechless at the end of it!

    So glad i recorded it so i can watch it again ....

              holland did win it last time they beat wales in the final who knocked australia in the semi's. the premier league starts again this thursday with the england world cup winners facing each other (lewis vs taylor) closing the show.

                              to call it the world cup and only be made up of 2 players a team is a bit strange but i understand why its only 2 per team as if it was 3 or 4 players england would be even bigger favourites with maybe only holland as serious competition,but maybe it should be called world cup pairs in future i think the bdo world cup squads are bigger and the world cup pairs is a seperate event.
