      C'mon mate that's a bit much.
I only found out 2hrs after it happened so it would be easy for people logging on here to not know.

It's a shame what happen to him. This is a person who health is checked daily so his body is fit to play such a demanding game. Just imagine what shape our couch potato ass's are? Most likely he has some type of heart defect. Hope he recovers from this.

So sad what happened to Fabrice today! I sincerely hope the guy pulls through. Football simply doesn't matter in the grand context of things under such tragic circumstances. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family tonight.

Benoit Assou-Ekotto has written a decent artical.

Apparantly his first words were "wheres Josh" his son after coming out of the coma.

Really good news hope he makes a full recovery.

Jonathan Tobin, Bolton's club doctor, who did mouth-to-mouth on Muamba on WHL pitch tells me "early signs of recovery continue to be good"

Tobin: "I spoke to him last night, he said 'hi doc' & asked me what had happened..it's very encouraging"

Tobin tells me Muamba had 15 separate defibrillator shocks before reaching hospital. 2 on pitch. 1 in tunnel. 13 in ambulance. None worked.

Tobin confirms Muamba's heart stopped beating for 78 minutes in all. "I was fearing the worst"
