play the game the right way mate that's very true unfortunately diving has almost been deemed acceptable in the modern game and that's because so called proffessional players do it and accept it. Only the players can clean it up I believe.

nearly all keepers dive!,i dont mind so much when a player goes down a little easy if he's been fouled or had contact but dives without any contact is cheating, what i cant understand is all the grabbing and holding players shirts that goes on in the box from corners and free kicks i would love a ref just to give 5 or 6 penalties in a game for this and it would cut it down straight away.

All the lot are responsible. Players, managers, players associations and national/international associations. I feel sorry for the officials - they are the ones who get the stick for it, for being deceived.

francis lee in seventies the king of the dive, not seen anyone to come anywhere near his expertise in the so called modern game.and those were the days when there were only cameras at televised games.these lot are only playing at it compared to him.
