Btw back to the footie talk sundays old firm game i just dont know how to call this one after the rangers display at the last old firm game. If the same attitude is shown then i think rangers will make it tough for celtic in what should be a cracking game. I just hope theres no trouble with passions running so high just now.
    John,
lets slow down a little here, what exactly is he angry about???
there should be a fair few rangers supporters angered by his last outburst....

as far as i can see most of the posts in the last 5 days have been made by celtic supporters..

and just howe angry is he??? i see constant posts of how they are overjoyed at Rangers demise.

this has been going on for days unchallenged now....

C'mon mate its the nature of the beast to poke fun at your biggest rivals? Are we not allowed to incase we cause offence? Are we supposed to tiptoe around one another? If thats the case we are as well calling it a day. English lads on the forum poke fun at their EPL rivals all the time. Do you think Man City fans would'nt revel in Uniteds demise or vice versa? As i say the nature of the beast. Nothing i've posted has been sectarian and i haven't recieved any sectarian comments either. I complimented Snowy for a witty reply earlier about Killie because i saw the humour in it nothing wrong with banter and a bit of humour thrown in imo.

Stupidly i got annoyed at somone last night and posted a comment in hindsight i should'nt have. The person had answered the question but wasn't interested in reasonable debate on the difference between Neil Lennons and Ally McCoist for questioning the SFA's integrity? A level playing ground is whats needed on such matters. If we get that on serious debate with a bit of humour thrown in, where's the damage!

          no m8,
poking fun is all part of it....

but this has gone well beyond what you would call banter or poking fun.
do yourself a favour, read through the last 4 or 5 days posts (the ones that havnt been deleted)and have a think.
there has been relentless trolling and bullying...

          btw.
what do you think of core rangers fans?
          do you hate them too?

Btw does that only go 1 way then the poking fun at your rivals because when its the other way around it doesn't go down to well with the pack of wolves that have latched onto everything i have posted, i have had troll and anti catholic aimed at me because someone thinks the core of Rangers fans are anti catholic how he came to that conclusion about me just showed him up for what he posted and i now know where he is coming from, so he will be ignored and hope he has the decency to ignore me as well.

Dont think there has been any bullying imho. I have been laughing at Rangers demise in the face of Rangers supporting friends, colleagues and familly members. Just like they did to me in 94. I cant hide the fact i'm enjoying the shoe being on the other foot and why should i have to, for the fear of upsetting people? People need to expect a ribbing from their rivals, happens everywhere.

Do i hate all Rangers fans, Certainly not! As i say i have family members, friends, neighbours and colleagues who support them. Like Rod i hate the bigoted element that lives in the past and hates catholics, or any other religion or race. I hate the element that wants to beat up and threaten our manager, or any other human being in the name of football fueled by religious hatred. No-one can deny that element exists!

but that is not what rod said,
rod said and i quote, i hate the core rangers support who are anti catholic...

                now you seem reasonble ,
i too hate the bigoted element. you get it on bothsides, thankfully not all supporters of both sides think this way.

My arguement is that rods statement about hating the rangers support due to them being anti catholic is in itslef a biggoted statement.
He has made a distiction or predudiced a group of people due to pre-conceived beleifs he has about them.

in other words he is biggoted..

Bigotry - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

and to get back to your point of it not being bullying...

My friends( celtic supporting freinds) have been ribbing me for months over this shambles...

these things happen, but what has been going on here is a completlety diffrent matter,

these posts have a sinister nature to them, fuelled by hatred....

Closed..........when will people learn this is a "Digital" forum?

There are plenty of football related forums out in the www, specially dedicated to this kind of "debate".
