Well, I think im going to err on the side of optimism in this one..

People talk about Roys failure at Liverpool, and then in the same post mention clough as the peoples choice, Clough who failed at Leeds...

In FIFA rankings England have never been higher than 4th.. switzerland under Roy in 1993? 3RD..

He knows how to mould a team, Fulham and WBA fans will bear testament to this.. WBA were a yoyo club, this season under roy, they have a mathematical chance of 7th in the league.
No matter what we as fans think of him, the powers that be in FIFA and UEFA regard him highly, being part of the technical study group at european championships and world cups.

no you jog on im allowed my opinion and so are you !!! i dont see england winning the euro's but i might be surprised but i doubt it!
We have had countless managers since 1966 and we made the semi final of world cup 1990! and done well in euro 96 but failed in both when we should have made the final both times!

Interestingly, the "Sun" scored a massive own goal yesterday by printing a headline mocking his speech impediment. There's been massive media revulsion over the last 24 hours. TalkSport was really ripping into them all day yesterday

Lets face it no matter who manages england, they will flop, bunch of overpaid hyped up footballers, should have given the job to hollaway, and for all those who say we will win nothing with Roy, honestley did you think we have a chance anyway,
