They could ban him for all he has done but then where does it stop. Someone will start calling for bans on other players. You could say how about Rooney? he's no angel or how about Mario Baratelli he got a screw loose. I'll say both aren't in Barton league but both could be the biggest *****s. About Barton you need to watch what Tevez did before Barton used his elbow. I didn't even think his elbow touch Tevez. Tevez deserved a red too. Barton will get a ten game ban but that is all he deserves.

Only watched MOTD and I seen Tevez getting to Joey first then seen Joey get him back and the Tevez part looked worse, noone on the TV said anything about Tevez.

Well I think you lot will come on here and shout me down!! But i think 12 game is harsh, If you look at the full incedent Tevez did lash out first and connected Barton did go for Tevez he went down like he had been shot!! Did it even connect?? I do understand that what happened after that should never have happened but 12 match ban is massive!! Look back at this season and what other players have done this season and i think you all know the things i am talking about, The reason why Barton got a 12 match ban is because of his past and because of what he tweets about ie the FA. I don't like the guy but if he is going to get 12 match ban so should the others, The things what John Terry has done this season and he is still going to the Euros WTF
