I thought kenny might have got another season. Maybe the owners and his vision for next season were not the same. The league cup should be seen as a success for liverpool. They were in dire straits not to long back and kenny brought some stability back on the field.

As regards to the charity shield as honours. Its listed but does anyone actually see it as a competition? 2 teams go head to head. Winner of league agai st fa cup winners. Hardly the full competition of the league cup?

I also dont think united had a good season even though upto the stoppage time goals from city we were winning the league.

My point is. If the season was that close and united had a poor season. How did everyone else rate?
