GAZZA OFFERS TO PLAY FOR MCCOIST

Former England star has offered to make a sensational return to football with Sevco.
The 45-year-old has fought a long battle against alcohol and recently went 18 months without touching a drop.
Gascoigne spent almost three seasons at Ibrox under Walter Smith and would love to be re-united with his former team-mate Ally McCoist.
ll play for Rangers next season Gazza told The Sun. I will be there next season supporting Coisty and his team.
And Ill you this if I can get my hip sorted Ill make myself available for a few games in the Third Division if Coisty needs me. There is no better time to play for Rangers than right now.
The Geordie added: I can honestly say that if I had just played in a tournament like the European Championship finals and I had the chance to sign for Real Madrid, Barcelona or Rangers I would choose Rangers because of Coisty and the fans.
I had the best time of my life at Rangers. I lived next door to Coisty for four years and I know he is Rangers through and through.
It wouldnt matter if the club was in the Sunday league, he would still manage them for nothing. I am convinced he will make the club great again.

Agree shady, even worse is the fact that the Sun would run this story and take advantage of someone with mental issues!

Im afraid he will go the same way as the likes of Amy Winehouse George Best.
Cant believe Gazza was a chubby lad.
Another going that way is George Michael dont think it will be long before hes in the papers again for the wrong reasons.
              These guys just kill themselves.

              Andy.

Gazza was a great footballer who gave his all when playing and always appeared loyal to his "friends". Unfortunately not all his "friends" were his friend and took full advantage of him.
He obviously still has lots of problems but is in denial of them and still feels he is still capable of being the old Gazza.
It is nice that he wants to lend his support to one of his real friends, but it is a disgrace that the Sun just wants to take the micky out of someone in his situation.

Is anyone really surprised how low that rag will stoop to to sell papers.

                              THE TRUTH
                              The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
