Terry retires from England: "I feel The FA, have made my position with the national team untenable."

Terry: "Representing and captaining my country is what I dreamed of as a boy and it has been a truly great honour."

Terry: "I have always given my all & it breaks my heart to make this decision. I wish Roy and the team every success for the future."

still think he is probably englands best centre half, and if im honest think the Anton Ferdinand stuff is way over the top, the amount of money that has been thrown at that case is just daft, but he should never have been allowed to captain his country after what he done to his "best mate" wayne bridge IMO.

And i'll never forget him for being banned from the Champs League final but putting his kit on to pick up the trophy, the chav.

                    THE TRUTH
                    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Untenable, what a cop-out! It had nothing to do with international duties.

He's the one that got caught live on tv by what he said to Anton Ferdinand, he's the one that betrayed Wayne Bridges as well. Nobody else did it for him, it was his decisions ffs .

He thinks he's Mr Invincible and can't be accountable for his actions, also he was getting even slower anyway so another excuse for him to do retire
