ferguson labels newcastle as a wee team in the north east

i see alex ferguson has said in a press confrence today regarding his harassment of the ref on boxing day and pardews comments about him 'i manage the biggest team in the world not newcastle a wee club in the north east'.
i'm sure this will go down well with toon fans.

I'd rather he'd kept it to Pardew, who deserves it, and not Newcastle, who don't really.

Got to admit I think the Georgies are real supporters and don't need someone from a club that lives off of the back of sheep that have no ties to the City.

The very same Ferguson once attacked Rafa for calling Everton a small club

Alex Ferguson in 2009:- "Everton are a big club, not a small one which Benitez arrogantly said. But arrogance is one thing. You cannot forgive contempt, which is what he showed Sam Allardyce last weekend. When Liverpool scored their second goal he signalled as if the game was finished. I do not think Sam deserved that. Sam has worked so hard for the LMA [League Managers Association] and he's had a weakened team. I just thought it showed contempt. In my experience no Liverpool manager has ever done that. It was beyond the pale." Attacked

              Huge club:

              Wee club:

Like Zee said, the hypocrite attacked a Liverpool manager for calling another club small, even though they are.

                THE TRUTH
                The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

                    He was spot on

Everton are a big club to get that support in a city with a massive club over the park
                    Everton have won things

Newcastle benefit from a one club town fair play though they turn up for a team that hasnt won anything managed by a grade A clown

Newcastle is a city not a town (the toon) is a saying, shock horror yes local people from that city turn up to watch there local club.
Haven't won anything?? Ok not recently but thats like saying the titanic never existed or that man has never been to the moon cause it happened years ago!

Ok the moon bit is questionable

Fergie has always been arrogant he usually says things like this to take the focus away from something he has done which was verbally assaulting the referee!!
