Tommy Burns loses his fight against cancer

It is with great sadness that Celtic Football Club confirmed this morning that Tommy Burns has passed away. Tommy, a true Celtic Legend and wonderful man will be sadly missed by us all. Clearly, our thoughts are very much with Tommy's wife Rosemary and his family at this extremely difficult time.
The man was a giant in the giant and will always be remembered as a true great.

The wife woke me up this morning with this news, what a horrible way to start a day.

RIP Tommy, I grew up watching you playing at Parkhead, one of my heroes and always will be, RIP.

As a mark or respect the open top bus for the Returning Rangers team has been cancelled.

He worked wil Ally and Walter so this comes as no surprise.
