    Heart gone into administration

Hearts have officially gone into administration, also with a 15 points deduction at the start of the new season. "BDO have been confirmed as the administrators at Heart of Midlothian Football Club.
The firm, which is also currently overseeing the administration process at Dunfermline Athletic, were formally appointed on Wednesday afternoon.
Hearts signalled their intent to go into administration on Monday, days after admitting they faced a funding shortfall for June and July and having failed to pay players' wages on time.
Valnetas UAB, the administrators of the company's major creditor Ukio Bankas, had made moves to appoint BDO after Hearts themselves had attempted to have KPMG appointed to the job.". source - newsnow.

Rumour has it they're making plans to get three times as many people through the gates each week. They're selling the ground to Tescos ;-) On a serious note any Company that goes into administration should be made to completely disappear from the planet and any Director associated with it banned from having any input into a similar business for at least five years. It's no different from say a double glazing company. People have paid money into the company and have been ripped off. Nothing like rubbing it in their face by going into liquidation, writing the majority of the debts off then continue to trade under the same name.

.... bollox ..... but you're entitled to your opinion snowy ..... reasons and circumstances for administration can vary so the 1 solution "completely disappear" statement is nonsense ... and administration and liquidation are 2 different things

Hearts dropping out of the spl only makes the league weaker than it already is and less fans going to opposing grounds , I hope they can stay in the top tier because Scotland needs teams like hearts and what happens if another top team gets into difficulties ? The league won't be worth playing in .

Of course it is , it's the top league in Scotland, I understand what you are saying but if you think about the smaller teams and their supporters in Scotland it would be a dream to just get into the premier league.
