        I am a UTD fan, i aint calling him. Still without doubt last season when he was best player in the world, no body could dissagree.

        but i am sorry that we made only ?68million profit. Another milestone in the great history of man Utd.

        How many clubs wish they could have a player worth that much, I would take Madrids hands off.

        I think this is the downfall of Madrid as i cant ever see this kind of money being exchanged ever again in the history of football.

        Last year Madrid were miles behind Barcelona, and i cant see that changing, they already spent ?136 million and are on the verge of signing David Villa from Valencia.

        we always get bigger and better after we sell/lose big players.

        Keane

        there is always someone to fill a persons boots.

        Great business for UTD

            ~~~~in shiite anyways davenport was better
            seriously though ?80 million its unreal isnt it but who is going to replace him 25 goals in a poor season last year.im a bit hit and miss there is a part of me that is pleased but im also gutted he will be a big miss for english football and a big miss for united but im sure the club will get over it we always do,love him or hate him though there isnt a person on here who wouldnt want him in there team and if there is they are a fu55in liar.when ronaldo is gone and packed in he may be known as one of the greatest players in the game we have been lucky he has played in england no matter what kind of a waanker person he is
            the real big miss will be when fergie packs in
              The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12
              Today's report is black and white.The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
              The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
                I will be more than happy to spend ?12 million and get another one just the same..
                On a transfer note...
                Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez's summer transfer plans risk being torn up due to the club's financial problems.
                The Daily Mail says only 48 hours after losing out to Manchester City on the signing of Gareth Barry, and with Glen Johnson - another long-term target - expected to join Chelsea, details of their fragile state became clear.
                Owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett were warned that there is "significant doubt on the group's and parent company's ability to continue as a going concern" because of the club's debts.
                Though Liverpool's most recent accounts showed a profit of ?10.2million, their parent company lost ?42.6m, mainly due to interest payments of ?36.5m.
                That will panic the club's supporters, who are seeing their rivals move quickly in the transfer market - and may even unsettle their star players, just as the club seemed to be gearing up to challenge champions Manchester United.
                    UTD fans you will be better off without him in the long run. Money talked and the Bull**** flopper is walking. Take the money, invest in your future, you'll need it when Liverpool comes a knockin'.
Speaking of finances do you think the ?80m will go towards paying off your clubs mega mega debt
                        Is that the same off to Chelsea captain who decided the club meant too much to him to leave and pledged his life too. Unlike the money grabbing shrek look alike who pranced around with his "once a blue always a blue" tee shirt on the stood in front of the Everton fans and kissed the man utd badge, to wind them up
